If you don't like what was reported, take it up with them.Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11927889966152627253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1369998004636482033.post-73795916757015287852012-01-27T14:57:37.546-08:002012-01-27T14:57:37.546-08:00(Part 1 of 3)
1) Dr. Howard Rodney-Browne, the Pen...(Part 1 of 3)
1) Dr. Howard Rodney-Browne, the Pentecoastal pastor who runs the The River at Tampa Bay church, held a Newt Gingrich rally on church grounds.

This is an incorrect statement. Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne did not hold the rally. You have no clue what transpired that day. The Republicans held the rally and Dr. Howard-Browne was asked to open it in prayer.

2) After the completion of that pro-Newt rally, Dr. Rodney-Brown explained to Florida voters that they can overlook Newt's affairs but they cannot accept Romney's faith. After the event, Howard-Browne said that the marital infidelities of Gingrich, like all sinners, could be left in the past.

This is an incorrect statement. Dr. Howard-Browne stated that if Newt repented to God and asked God to forgive him for his sins, then, according to the Bible, he is forgiven. Dr. Howard-Browne NEVER brought up Romney nor President Obama nor Romney’s faith. Stop publishing rubbish and get your facts straight.

3) He expressed grave reservations, however, about Mitt Romney's Mormon faith.

Incorrect statement. Dr. Howard-Browne never brought Romney up. A reporter brought Romney up. Dr. Howard-Browne did not express grave reservations about Romney’s faith. He stated that regardless of one’s faith, if President, they must stand up for the Constitution. If they go against the Constitution, they are an enemy. We must stand up for the Constitution.
Dr. Howard-Browne did not endorse Newt. For one to say or to imply that, it would be a misrepresentation of what took place.

4) 'Mormonism is a cult and that's the problem,' he said.
'Mormonism, if you study the whole history of it, and I'm not trying to create a problem, but they had death squads that would go around kill everybody that wasn't a Mormon.'
Mormons, he said, were 'very honourable people, very clean-married, godly, family' and their faith had 'been doctored up and painted nicely.' But the 'problem is the additon to the scripture, which is the book of Mormon, and all the other additives that Joseph Smith brought to the table.'

Mormonism is a cult. We requested a statement from historian, Dr. C. Paul Willis, a professional on the subject of Mormon beliefs.

5) Howard-Browne said he was not aligned with any candidate, though he left the church grounds in Gingrich's bus afterwards.

Dr. Howard-Browne did not leave the grounds in Gingrich’s bus afterwards. He remained at the location of the rally. Please, again, you have much to retract.

6) This kind of rhetoric about a candidate's religion has no place in any political campaign. Pastors like Robert Jeffress and Dr. Howard Rodney-Browne are preaching a dangerous, false and dark idea that a candidate's faith is more important than his values.

Your Blog, in all sincerity, is full of nonsense and dribble; it’s poorly done, inaccurate, and full of false reports and accounts. Rhetoric? No rhetoric on Dr. Howard-Browne’s part. Get your facts straight. Dr. Howard-Browne emphasized that the important thing is to uphold the United States Constitution. Religion is important because America was founded on the Word of God.

Dr. Howard-Browne welcomes Romney and/or other candidates to have a rally at the same location and will give them equal time. It is evident in your Blog that you are for Romney. You misrepresented Dr. Howard-Browne in your Blog and you do have statements to retract. Dr. Howard-Browne does not.

Link attached of what took place on Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne's behalf.
http://www.revival.com/dr-rodney-howardbrowne-prays-over-america-at-a-political-rally.3806.1.htm

This response will be posted to your Blog daily till you retract your incorrect statements.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
